Ingredients

  • 4 pcs Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 200 g Crab Meat cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 pcs Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the diced potatoes in salted water until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled potatoes, crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. 3. Add the chopped green onions and gently fold them into the salad.
  4. 4. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
