  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. 2. Season pork steaks with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. 3. Place pork steaks in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
  4. 4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute.
  5. 5. Check the internal temperature of the pork steaks with a meat thermometer. It should read 145°F (63°C).
  6. 6. Remove the pork steaks from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
