- 2 lbs Pork spare ribs
- 1 cup Barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
Rub the spice mixture all over the pork spare ribs.
Place the ribs on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Cover the ribs with another piece of foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
Remove the top foil and brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes, uncovered, until the sauce is caramelized and the ribs are tender.
Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
