Instructions
Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
Add the diced pork and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
Add the beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
Add more oil if needed, then add the garlic and onion. Cook until fragrant.
Add the frozen peas and carrots, and cook for a few minutes.
Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine.
Return the pork and scrambled eggs to the wok. Mix everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot.
