Ingredients 

Marinade

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pieces pork chops

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and black pepper.
  2. Place pork chops in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over pork chops, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours for best results.
  3. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Remove pork chops from marinade and discard marinade.
  4. Grill or cook pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
