Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Pork shoulder cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Dried oregano
  • 1 cup Orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Chicken broth

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a Dutch oven, combine pork, salt, cumin, oregano, orange juice, garlic, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Cover and transfer to the oven. Cook for 3-4 hours, until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
  4. Remove the pork from the oven and shred with two forks. Return to the Dutch oven and cook on the stovetop over medium-high heat until the liquid evaporates and the pork is crispy.
  5. Serve hot with tortillas, salsa, and your favorite toppings.
