  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 units Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Dip shrimp into the flour mixture, then into beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. 4. Fry shrimp in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Remove shrimp and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
