Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 units Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying
1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
3. Dip shrimp into the flour mixture, then into beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
4. Fry shrimp in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
5. Remove shrimp and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
