- 2 lbs White Fish (like cod or haddock)
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 stick Butter (for dipping)
1. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.
2. Add salt and sugar to the boiling water.
3. Add the fish to the boiling water and cook for 10-15 minutes, until the fish is opaque and flaky.
4. Remove the fish with a slotted spoon and let drain.
