Poor Mans Crab Cakes Recipe
A budget-friendly version of crab cakes using canned tuna.

- 2 cans Tuna drained
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 large Egg beaten
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, and beaten egg.
Form the mixture into small patties.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
