  • 1 cup Polenta
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Instructions 

  1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Add salt and polenta to the boiling water, stirring constantly.
  3. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring frequently, for about 30 minutes.
  4. Stir in butter and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  5. Serve hot.
