Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Pistachios shelled and chopped
- 4 cups Mixed Greens
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- ½ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
- ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- to taste Salt and Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and crumbled feta cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Sprinkle the chopped pistachios on top of the salad just before serving.
