Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich Recipe
A classic Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with tender beef, melted cheese, and sautéed onions and peppers.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 4 Hoagie rolls
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Cook until softened.
Add thinly sliced ribeye steak to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the meat is browned.
Place provolone cheese slices over the meat and vegetables. Let it melt.
Toast hoagie rolls in another skillet or oven.
Fill each hoagie roll with the meat, cheese, and vegetable mixture. Serve hot.
