Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin sliced into strips
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 red onion sliced
  • 2 tomatoes sliced
  • 1 yellow chili pepper sliced
  • 1 bunch cilantro chopped
  • 4 potatoes cut into fries
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate the beef strips in soy sauce, red wine vinegar, and minced garlic for about 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Stir-fry the beef until browned, then remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same wok, add more oil if needed, and stir-fry the onions, tomatoes, and yellow chili pepper until slightly softened.
  4. 4. Return the beef to the wok, mix everything together, and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Serve hot with fries and garnish with chopped cilantro.
