Peruvian Lomo Saltado Recipe
A classic Peruvian dish combining stir-fried beef with onions, tomatoes, and fries.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin sliced into strips
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 red onion sliced
- 2 tomatoes sliced
- 1 yellow chili pepper sliced
- 1 bunch cilantro chopped
- 4 potatoes cut into fries
- to taste salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1. Marinate the beef strips in soy sauce, red wine vinegar, and minced garlic for about 10 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Stir-fry the beef until browned, then remove and set aside.
3. In the same wok, add more oil if needed, and stir-fry the onions, tomatoes, and yellow chili pepper until slightly softened.
4. Return the beef to the wok, mix everything together, and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve hot with fries and garnish with chopped cilantro.
