Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh peas blanched
  • 1 cup lump crab meat picked over for shells
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the blanched peas and crab meat to the bowl and gently toss to combine.
  3. Transfer the salad to a serving bowl and serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
