  • 1 cup Orzo
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the orzo and toast for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until the orzo is tender and the liquid is absorbed, about 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
