Ingredients

  • 8 slices Bread Ciabatta or sourdough works well
  • 200 g Cheese Mozzarella or cheddar
  • 200 g Ham Thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoon Butter Softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your panini press.
  2. 2. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  3. 3. Layer cheese and ham between two slices of bread, buttered sides out.
  4. 4. Place the sandwich in the panini press and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
