Crab Cake Ingredients
- 1 lb Lump Crab Meat
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1 large Egg beaten
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoon Coconut Oil for frying
In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, almond flour, beaten egg, Dijon mustard, chopped parsley, Old Bay seasoning, and lemon juice. Mix gently to combine.
Form the mixture into 8 small patties.
Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook the crab cakes for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon juice on top.
