Ingredients 

Crab Cake Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lump Crab Meat
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, almond flour, beaten egg, Dijon mustard, chopped parsley, Old Bay seasoning, and lemon juice. Mix gently to combine.
  2. Form the mixture into 8 small patties.
  3. Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the crab cakes for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon juice on top.
