Mushroom Shrimp and Winter Melon Soup

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 300 g Winter Melon peeled and cubed
- 150 g Mushrooms sliced
- 1 L Chicken Broth
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Pepper to taste
1. Heat the pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
2. Sauté the garlic until fragrant.
3. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink. Remove and set aside.
4. Add the mushrooms and winter melon to the pot and sauté for a few minutes.
5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
6. Reduce heat and let it simmer until the winter melon is tender.
7. Add the shrimp back into the pot.
8. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
9. Serve hot.
