Main Ingredients
- 1 loaf Italian bread round
- ½ cup Green olives chopped
- ½ cup Black olives chopped
- ¼ cup Roasted red peppers chopped
- ¼ cup Giardiniera chopped
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- ¼ cup Red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Oregano dried
- ½ lb Salami sliced
- ½ lb Ham sliced
- ½ lb Provolone cheese sliced
1. Cut the Italian bread loaf in half horizontally.
2. In a bowl, mix green olives, black olives, roasted red peppers, giardiniera, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and oregano.
3. Spread the olive mixture evenly on the bottom half of the bread.
4. Layer salami, ham, and provolone cheese on top of the olive mixture.
5. Place the top half of the bread on the sandwich and press down gently.
6. Cut into quarters and serve.
