  • ½ cup Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ cup Simple Syrup
  • 1 cup White Rum
  • 2 cups Club Soda
  • 1 cup Ice crushed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Muddle the mint leaves and lime juice in a pitcher.
  2. 2. Add the simple syrup and white rum, and stir well.
  3. 3. Add the club soda and ice, and stir gently.
  4. 4. Serve in glasses garnished with mint leaves and lime slices.
