- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Fresh Mint Leaves Packed
Combine water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Add the mint leaves and bring to a simmer.
Remove from heat and let it steep for 30 minutes.
Strain the syrup into a jar and discard the mint leaves.
