  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Fresh Mint Leaves Packed

Instructions 

  1. Combine water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Add the mint leaves and bring to a simmer.
  4. Remove from heat and let it steep for 30 minutes.
  5. Strain the syrup into a jar and discard the mint leaves.
  6. Let it cool completely before using or storing in the refrigerator.
