  • 1 cup Cooked lobster meat chopped
  • 1 cup Frozen mixed vegetables thawed
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 package Refrigerated pie crusts 2 crusts

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the lobster meat, mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, and milk.
  3. Roll out the pie crusts and cut out circles to fit into a muffin tin, leaving some dough for the tops.
  4. Fill each muffin cup with the lobster mixture and cover with a small circle of pie crust, sealing the edges.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
