Ingredients

  • 1 lb Crab Meat
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Butter for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and fresh parsley. Mix well.
  2. Shape the mixture into small patties.
  3. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the crab cakes until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
