Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 4 cups Fish Stock
  • 1 lb White Fish Fillets, cut into chunks
  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add diced tomatoes and fish stock. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add white fish chunks and shrimp. Cook until seafood is just cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Stir well.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
