Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups fish stock
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, mussels, clams, fish)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes, fish stock, and white wine. Bring to a boil.
  5. Add mixed seafood, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Stir in lemon juice and fresh parsley just before serving.
