Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 200 g Calamari sliced into rings
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • 0.5 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Olives sliced
  • 0.25 cup Feta Cheese crumbled

Dressing

  • 0.25 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, calamari, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the seafood and vegetables. Toss gently to combine.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
