Instructions

  3. 3. With the blender running, slowly add the vegetable oil in a steady stream until the mixture thickens and emulsifies.
  4. 4. Transfer the mayonnaise to a mixing bowl and whisk to ensure it's smooth and creamy.
  5. 5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
