Marinade
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Marinate for 15 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until opaque and cooked through.
Serve immediately.
