Ingredients 

Marinade

  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Crab Legs

  • 2 lbs Crab Legs cleaned and pre-cooked

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
  2. 2. Place the crab legs in a large pot and pour the marinade over them. Ensure they are well-coated.
  3. 3. Let the crab legs marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Heat the pot over medium heat and cook the crab legs for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally with tongs.
  5. 5. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
