Marinated Chicken Pita Sandwich

- 500 g Chicken Breast cut into strips
- 4 pieces Pita Bread
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Cucumber diced
- 1 cup Tomato diced
- 0.5 cup Red Onion sliced
- 0.5 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken strips and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Preheat grill pan over medium heat. Grill marinated chicken strips for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
3. Warm pita bread on the grill pan for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
4. Assemble the sandwich by placing grilled chicken strips, diced cucumber, diced tomato, sliced red onion, and crumbled feta cheese inside the pita bread.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
