  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 8 pieces Tortillas small
  • 1 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Pico de gallo
  • 1 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 unit Lime cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Season the Mahi Mahi fillets with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. 3. Cook the fish in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. 5. Assemble the tacos by placing the fish on the tortillas, then topping with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, and chopped cilantro.
  6. 6. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
