Instructions
Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
In a large mixing bowl, combine macaroni, shrimp, crab meat, celery, and green onions.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
