Lobster Tomato Sauce Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 can Crushed Tomatoes 28 oz
- 1 cup Lobster Meat cooked and chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- ¼ cup Fresh Basil chopped
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Pour in the crushed tomatoes and stir well.
Add salt, black pepper, and sugar. Stir to combine.
Simmer the sauce for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the cooked lobster meat and fresh basil. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot over pasta or as desired.
