Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Lobster cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 cups Fish Stock
  • 1 cup Diced Potatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onions and cook until translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the diced potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in the fish stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  5. 5. Add the heavy cream and cooked lobster. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. 7. Serve hot with crusty bread.
