Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Lobster cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 4 cups Fish Stock
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened.
  3. 3. Pour in the fish stock and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the chopped lobster meat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
