Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Lobster cooked and chopped
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 4 cups Fish Stock
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened.
3. Pour in the fish stock and bring to a boil.
4. Add the chopped lobster meat and simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
6. Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
