- 1 lb Cooked lobster meat chopped
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoon Chives chopped
- 4 Hot dog buns split-top
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add lobster meat and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain and chop.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chives. Mix well.
3. Brush the inside of the hot dog buns with melted butter and toast them in a skillet until golden brown.
4. Fill each bun with the lobster mixture and serve immediately.
