Ingredients

  • 1 lb Cooked lobster meat chopped
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Chives chopped
  • 4 Hot dog buns split-top
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add lobster meat and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain and chop.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chives. Mix well.
  3. 3. Brush the inside of the hot dog buns with melted butter and toast them in a skillet until golden brown.
  4. 4. Fill each bun with the lobster mixture and serve immediately.
