Ingredients

  • 1 lb Cooked Lobster Meat chopped
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Chives chopped
  • 4 Hot Dog Buns split-top
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add lobster and cook until bright red, about 8-10 minutes. Remove and let cool.
  2. 2. Remove lobster meat from shells and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chives. Mix well.
  4. 4. Brush the inside of the hot dog buns with melted butter and toast them in a skillet until golden brown.
  5. 5. Fill each bun with the lobster mixture and serve immediately.
