Instructions
1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add lobster and cook until bright red, about 8-10 minutes. Remove and let cool.
2. Remove lobster meat from shells and chop into bite-sized pieces.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chives. Mix well.
4. Brush the inside of the hot dog buns with melted butter and toast them in a skillet until golden brown.
5. Fill each bun with the lobster mixture and serve immediately.
