Ingredients 

Ravioli Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Lobster Filling

  • 1 cup Cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • ½ cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Creamy Sauce

  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Make the dough: Mix flour, eggs, and olive oil until smooth. Knead for 10 minutes. Let rest for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Prepare the filling: Mix lobster meat, ricotta, parsley, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Roll out the dough and cut into squares. Place filling on each square and cover with another square. Seal edges.
  4. 4. Cook ravioli in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes.
  5. 5. Make the sauce: Melt butter in a skillet, add garlic, then cream. Simmer and add Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Serve ravioli with sauce on top.
