Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked lobster meat cut into bite-sized pieces
- ¼ cup Butter
- ¼ cup Sherry
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 3 large Egg yolks beaten
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ⅛ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add sherry and cook for 2 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Whisk in beaten egg yolks and cook until thickened.
Add lobster meat, salt, and cayenne pepper. Cook until heated through.
