  • ¼ cup Butter
  • ¼ cup Sherry
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 3 large Egg yolks beaten
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • teaspoon Cayenne pepper

Instructions 

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sherry and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Whisk in beaten egg yolks and cook until thickened.
  5. Add lobster meat, salt, and cayenne pepper. Cook until heated through.
