Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 0.5 cup Butter unsalted
  • 1 lb Lobster Meat cooked and chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Boil potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  3. Mash the potatoes with butter and heavy cream until smooth.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. In a skillet, warm the lobster meat over medium heat until heated through.
  6. Fold the lobster meat into the mashed potatoes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
