Instructions
Boil potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
Mash the potatoes with butter and heavy cream until smooth.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
In a skillet, warm the lobster meat over medium heat until heated through.
Fold the lobster meat into the mashed potatoes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
