Ingredients

  • 2 cups Elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb Cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Gruyere cheese
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute.
  4. Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until the mixture is thickened and bubbly.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar and Gruyere cheeses until melted and smooth.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  7. Stir in the cooked macaroni and lobster meat until well combined.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the panko breadcrumbs on top.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  10. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
