  • 1 cup Cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Stir in the cheddar cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fold in the chopped lobster meat gently.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
  7. Serve warm with crackers or sliced baguette.
