- 4 pieces lobster tails fresh or thawed
- 1 cup butter melted
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise and place them in a baking dish.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the lemon juice and paprika. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the butter mixture over the lobster tails.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
