Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Lobster meat cooked and chopped
- 4 slices Bacon diced
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 2 cups Potatoes peeled and diced
- 3 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. In a large pot, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same pot, add butter and sauté the onions until translucent.
3. Add the potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
4. Stir in the heavy cream and lobster meat. Cook until heated through.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with the cooked bacon before serving.
