Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups lobster meat cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cups lobster stock
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
  2. 2. Add the tomato paste and paprika, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Pour in the white wine and let it reduce by half.
  4. 4. Add the lobster stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. 5. Blend the mixture until smooth, then strain it back into the pot.
  6. 6. Stir in the heavy cream and chopped lobster meat. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
