Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Elbow macaroni
  • 4 slices Bacon chopped
  • 2 cups Lobster meat cooked and chopped
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and whisk in flour to make a roux. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Gradually add milk, whisking constantly until smooth and thickened.
  6. Add cheddar and mozzarella cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  7. Stir in cooked macaroni, lobster, and bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
