  • 2 cups Cooked lobster meat
  • 2 large Avocados, diced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.25 cup Red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lobster meat, diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. 2. Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. 3. Gently toss everything together until well mixed.
