Lemon Spaghetti and Shrimp

Main Ingredients
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 Zest of 1 lemon
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque.
Stir in lemon juice and zest. Add cooked spaghetti and toss to combine.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Garnish with parsley if desired.
