Lemon Pepper Pasta Seafood Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 12 oz pasta spaghetti or linguine
- 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup parsley chopped

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque.
4. Stir in lemon zest, black pepper, and lemon juice. Cook for another minute.
5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Season with salt to taste.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
