Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Instructions 

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Pour over the ground beef and let simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  3. Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
